Did you know that there is a constant stress to you every single day of your life? No, its not necessarily your job. Its gravity! Gravity is always pulling and tugging on our bodies and creating a stress to each and every structure of the human body. It pulls on the joints, and muscles, and bones, even potentially creating arthritis as we age.
Proper alignment and mobility in the joints of the body is vitally important to weak muscle and joints. If any of the bones or joints are not in proper alignment or are not moving well this can create pain (such as low back pain or even headaches), stiffness, weakness, and instability. It is especially important to the aging body to maintain proper joint function. If you are getting into your later years and are starting to feel the effects of gravity acting on you, its probably time to see a Bellevue chiropractor. A Bellevue chiropractor looks at all the effects of a disfunctional spines and takes away the negative effects that it can have on you. A great way that I like to think about how gravity wears the body down is to compare it to my car. Just a month ago I had to go in to get my tires rotated. As they looked at my tires they let me know that one side of my tires was very worn in comparison to the other side and this was most likely due to a front end misalignment. They also said that a "realignment" would take the problem away and I would not go through as many tires. The same holds true for the human body. If our "frame" is misaligned then our "tires" will also wear. Lets do a test...take your shoes off and look at the bottom of your shoes. Is there any wear on one side or the other? This wear is most likely due to a misalignment. Don't let gravity dictate how you feel. If you had any wear in your tires (shoes) call your local Bellevue chiropractor today to schedule a consultation. The Article Author: Is it time to visit a Bellevue chiropractor?
