Proper Breathing - 2007/08/04 15:32Can anyone tell me how to breathe properly when doing videos?
Ever Since I first began doing yoga about a year ago, I have pretty much breathed normally, However, I read somewhere once that one should pause for a second after exhaling. I breathe slower now than I used to, and find this prevents me from hyper-ventilating.
Just what is the correct way to breathe?
