At birth, the body has a large supply of the youth mineral silicon, and low calcium. With age, the ratio reverses. So we need silicon to be health and live for a long life . Foods that are rich in Silicon Bell pepper (with skin) Burdock root Cucumber (with skin) Hemp leaves (easier to access in Canada!) Horsetail (an herb) Marjoram New Zealand Spinach Radish Romaine lettuce Tomato (with skin)
