Juice fasting the best holistic treatment ? - 2007/07/30 15:28 Do you fast or do a juice fast ? I feel that it is the best way to get out the toxins in the body , you can take a fast for three days and then eat fruits for the next 2 day have you tried it ? how 2 live longer

Well I always eats fruits in the morning and also take juice too.

Re:Juice fasting the best holistic treatment ? - 2007/07/31 14:37 I have done a cleansing fast where you only have juice, fruit and vegetables that are alkaline.

The theory is that our blood as become polluted and acidic with modern living and foods, therefore by taking only alkaline foods we can bring it back in balance.

However, its also good to remember that stress also makes the blood acidic too, so diet alone will not be enough

The person should fast on orange juice and water till the severity is reduced . Then take juice of a ornage diluted inwarm water every two hours from 8a.m to 8p.m .
If the cough is mild then the person should take only fruits and veg for five days , they should have fruits like apples , pears , grapes , grape-fruit , oranges , pineapple , peaches and water melon . how 2 live longer
