Reiki is a form of healing that requires one to be attuned by a Reiki Master/Teacher before one is able to use Reiki. Have you done this? When choosing a teacher, it is important that you find someone who is willing to always be there for you when it comes to Reiki--i.e. they should be providing you with all the knowledge required to begin practicing yourself, as well as be available to answer any questions that may arise. Providing you with a self-treatment process is also imperative, as it is not only an excellent way to practice Reiki, but healing yourself before healing others is also important.
