Back pains - 2007/09/06 22:42 I work as a cashier in a large retail store (Target) so I am on my feet 5-8 hours a shift. As you can probably guess this is really bad for my back. My back is constantly in pain. I have tried strecthing but nothing works. Any ideas?

Re:Back pains - 2007/09/24 22:29 Well unless you want to send me some oil through the mail then I guess that is useless
But could you tell me the name of the oil and details on it?

Re:Back pains - 2007/09/27 07:10 I have found that acupuncture works pretty well on back pains. I have those acupuncture pressure point ball-things at home, they help alot with back pains. They have a little air ball on the back you squeeze and you attach them on the part of your back that is hurting. Its great for getting soreness out.
