Re:For Those Who Cant Switch of - 2007/09/07 07:12When I first started I had problems being able to clear my mind of everything to meditate. I talked to one of my good friends however and he taught me a good trick to do so. I play soft relaxing music ad just think about a clear sky. Within no time I am free from all thoughts.
