I have never really though about this until now but I suppose my favourite pose would have to be the Chakra-asana.
"Translation: Chakra, from the root cak ("to move") means wheel and therefore this is the Wheel Posture.
The cakra-asana is also known as the urdhva-dhanurasana. Urdhva means raised, elevated or upright and dhanur means bow. Both "wheel posture" and "raised bow posture" describe the appearance of this asana."

Anyways as you can tell from the description and picture from the source it is a good way to stretch your back muscles which is why I enjoy it so much.
