Who here follows the food Pyramid? - 2007/09/27 15:32So, you know if elementary school, you learned about the food pyramid. You know, 6 servings of bread, 2 of vegetables, 2 of fruit,2-3 of milk and 2 of meat. Do you guys follow that? I found it to be pretty good although I overdo the meat I think.
