Calming a Toddler - 2007/10/16 21:16We meditate as a family on a regular basis. So far we haven't succeeded in having our toddler stay with us the whole time; normally she wanders off and pokes around the room, plays with the cushions or a toy she stashed somewhere.
But for the time she stays with us it really calms her down-and for a good while after too. It's a lovely way to help her chill out before bed.
