Favorite Relaxation Poses? - 2007/09/22 07:05What are they? I like the seated forward bend and of course, I love corpse pose. These two poses really help relax me.
Another pose that I find relaxing is tree pose. It helps me calm my mind and increase my concentration.
What poses relax you folks?
