Waiting for some good and quick - 2007/06/26 03:19 I am not really a cook and very rarely do. However I am looking for recipes that are simple and quick to make so that I can eat in a healthy manner and stop the bad habit of going out to eat.

if you have some good quick recipes, please let me know I would like to start trying them.

Re:Waiting for some good and quick - 2007/07/07 19:29 I'm a massive fan of pasta - fresh pasta only requires boiling for a couple of minutes, then mix in some sauce and some fresh veg and you're done. If you're buying pre-made sauces you'll have to choose carefully - some of them are loaded with salt, but there are some good ones out there - The Good Food Co. makes some tasty and healthy ones for example.

I also like to make my own garlic breads with home-made bread from a breadmaker, sunflower spread and a little crushed garlic. Only takes a few minutes to set up the breadmaker, and about 15 mins ones the bread is done to turn it into garlic bread
