Wow!... Hi there awake person. I will tell you what is killing faith - it is the illusions of false religions of the western world causing great disappointment so people are turning totally away from their spiritual realization in frustration.
I was there – I tried so many “religious beliefs” and found only guilt and frustration. Eventually I turned away from the fact that we were all created by something and began to think we are on the earth to suffer for something we did wrong, possibly in another lifetime.
Then I started to think – a creator with so much wisdom to be able to create all in this Universe and in other Universes – how could one such as this be so foolish as to punish someone in revenge, which is what it would be if we are being punished for something we know nothing of… That doesn’t make sense! So I looked further – outside of western religions into eastern religions and even into spiritualism and eventually I connected with The Laws of The Universe, through an awakening caused by the production of “The Secret”.
Anyway, you are not alone – I was born here in the middle of the headquarters of the most dominant and judgmental “Christian” “church” there is… In Salt Lake City, Utah, and I share your frustrations in the ignorance that allows otherwise free thinking humans to blindly follow such insane behaviors.
I am actually thankful to be living in the middle of their headquarters because that gives me a good opportunity to study these religious zombies and to identify the methods of hypnotism and fascination that hold them mentally captive.
I know they are hypnotized because they react so predictably by certain stimuli… My brother – a “high priest” has a reaction to the word “evolution” – a very negative reaction, nearly hostile… It is as if that word is an enemy to him when it merely means to grow and improve… It seems evident that the word “evolution” in his hypnotized mind is directly connected to Darwin, who had an opinion that differed with “religious” beliefs… Even his “church” (restructured cult) evolved from having multiple wives and persecuting blacks to having one wife and acceptance of blacks. They evolved due to force!
I call “them” “The church of judgment and justification” because that is what they do… Against their religion to gamble, so sister-in-law says it is not gambling when she goes to Nevada – it is recreation… Maybe prostitution is recreation – you think? And alcohol and drugs… recreation and family activities… “They” have more excuses than all of the politicians combined! But – I was judged when I was going to play a game of billiards – in a place with no alcohol… But it was Sunday – their day to pretend to be holy and ask their “god” to forgive them for their greedy actions they are involved in the other 6 days of the week. How can they mistreat people and then ask “god” to forgive them??? How about them asking the people they wronged for forgiveness – but that would be logic, wouldn’t it?
