There are hundreds of crystals and minerals available for us to use for healing. Narrowing them down to ten (10) is actually quite hard, as we have 7 chakras within our physical body and 5 other main ones within our etheric bodies, which is twelve (12). 10 healing crystals that I would put in a healing kit are Clear Quartz, Kyanite, Selenite, Seraphinite, Sugilite, Smoky Quartz, Rhodochrosite, Larimar, Lepidolite and Calcite.

Clear Quartz because it is the most versatile, it is pure white light containing all the other colours within it. Its nature is to store and amplify energy, so you can programme it to work with your intent (in this case, healing). Kyanite works with you only holding it, bringing your etheric bodies into alignment so you are no longer scattered but centered. Its ability to instantaneously centre allows you to get on with you day as you quickly integrate all your aspects. Selenite is an amazing white light that creates a 2 way flow through your energetic bodies. It has the ability to release blocks within your field and heal the body at a cellular level, plus it charges up the other stones. Seraphinite eliminates toxins from your physical body, clearing meridians and your aura. Its pure energy regenerates your cells and can provide pain relief. It is great for vitamin absorption. It brings insight as to your current situation and how to create the changes you want. Sugilite works to purify, with its healing energies to strengthen and enlarge the aura, creating balance. Headaches and pain can be relieved by using Sugilite with manganese in it. Smoky Quartz dissolves negative energy, releasing blocks and tension allowing us insight into why they formed. It is great for balance on all levels and then to ground the higher frequencies in the body. Rhodochrosite helps us create new realities for ourselves from a balanced and loving place. It purifies, rejuvenates and revitalizes. With its loving energy forming the basis of our actions, it cleanses us, assisting to prevent sickness. Larimar is a powerful, but gentle cleansing stone that embraces us as we make changes, releasing the old. To integrate its healing energies through all of our etheric bodies, Larimar works at a cellular level. Lepidolite helps us attune to our vibration or energetic bodies. A stress reliever, that supports us through times of transition by reorganising our old programmes. It brings peace to our emotions, relaxes and releases tension which allows healing energies to flow through us. Calcite magnifies its energy, allowing our chakras to be purified and fully functional. It resonates at a frequency of our Divine perfection and sends this into our energetic bodies for us to harmonise with.
