Do not get discouraged! While you take on the task of looking for a different job, you can also make use of the opportunity to do something for yourself " spend extra time with the family, take some classes, or pick up that hobby youve let collect dust. And if you continue to think positively, then you may even find that you come out of the economic crisis further ahead than when you went in.

Some people have been self help devotees, while others have held their skepticism. However, it may be time to check out the self help realm for ideas and motivation. Your local bookstore is sure to have a section of books, as is your local library. Take a few home to read to see if you can find some ideas that will work for you.
