One of the few things that just about everyone will agree on is that having good health is a wonderful gift and that no amount of money can make up for the loss of that health. Yet most people do not treat their health as a wonderful gift to be cared for and treasured. Rather, most people take their health for granted and then react as if some type of divine right has been revoked when their health is "lost".
I will be showing the multiple ways in which we can be preserving our good health in this blog, and also will be demonstrating a number of the ways many people unintentionally deprive themselves of good health----in other words, how we tend to shoot ourselves in the foot with our own gun. In this blog we will search to find the many things to do to bypass the traps that lead to deficient health. Whereas several other programs focus only on physical health, I will be showing the ways that financial health and the health of our bodies are related and have a great deal to do with each other. The purpose for doing this is that over time I have realized that the loss of physical, spiritual, and emotional health are in large part due to deprivation of financial health. In this blog, one of the key concepts of health, its study, and its promotion will be the concept of "wholistic health". The meaning of this is that together, we will be learning how the health of body, mind, and spirit are combined into one active whole. It is an impossibility to be completely healthy if all these parts are not. Have you noticed that I spelled "wholistic" differently than the usual "holistic"? There are, in fact, reasons for this that will soon become obvious, but for now I will give you a hint: would you prefer to imagine yourself being a dynamic whole, or the opposite, to think of yourself as one dynamic hole? Although this is the most obvious reason of all, there are several others that will soon become clear. This blog should help all of us together to go deeper and see what we really mean by real health. Most people would not choose to look at it this way, but I will be deliberately looking at financial health as a way to have true health in body, mind, and spirit. All these things must be integrated and balanced for us to be really healthy. We all want to remain healthy. You will be taught ways that you may not be balanced and what you can do to fix this problem. And I will show you the meaning of "wholistic health.
