The low carbohydrate craze has folks like you and me cramming our faces with meat, fat, and other proteins while completely neglecting those vital fuel building starches. Really though, it is not a difficult solution. All you need to know is how to properly combine the foods you already eat and when exactly to eat these sorts of calories. It is the job of your metabolism to burn these calories and once you teach it how to do its job better, you can get on with the simple task of losing weight fast.
