The truth of the matter is that I always have a desire to learn any astrology method that results in accurate answers. One book I have obtained in the last year or so is one of these interesting works that gives good results. It has to do with solar returns. Are you aware of what this means specifically? It's reviewing your birthday chart each new year. It's in fact where the exact position of your Sun is at your birth - but for the next Sun cycle. If you have a birth chart from an astrology program or gotten one free an astrological website, you will know your specific Sun degree value (like 19 27' Capricorn for example). Taking an example here, you may know that you are a Scorpio Sun. But by entering your details of birth time and place, you can more specifically find that the exact degree is 13 degrees and 21 minutes. That is the value which you need to remember. Because that is the value that you want to find for the upcoming year. What exact time is that Sun at that point in the place you'll be? The solar return chart for your next birthday would be the exact time in which the Sun at the same exact value it was at your birth. It's not going to be the same as your birth time, even if you're in the same city. But the whole key to changing your fortune with the zodiac signs is in finding the right place at this exact moment. Ciro Discepolo has an most interesting book, translated into English from Italian, entitled Transits and Solar Returns - A New System of Analysis for Two Ancient Methods. His book is quite detailed. However you can get the core concepts from following a few simple tips. He has mountains of data from many tens of thousands of examples. As a result, he has found the influence of being in a different place at your solar return time. I invite you to read his book for all the details. But to share one main point from his research - know your birth ascendant value. Say that's 6 Taurus. That's the degree on the 1st house. Keep that degree out of the 1st, 6th or 12th house of your solar return chart if possible. That is one big key. By that I mean, your next year's chart where the Sun is at the exact same point as your birth chart Sun....check that those 3 houses do not contain your ascendant value. Which in this example is 6 Taurus. That's a good start. If it does, check different cities you can go to move that degree out of those houses of the solar return chart. Doing so, according to Ciro's research, will have a beneficial impact on your overall fortune for the following year.
