Meditation need not always be something that has to be done under much exertion or hours of excruciatingly painful sessions. There is indeed an enjoyable way to perform meditation that is exercised in law of attraction, which is entirely different from the usual methods employed.

The ancient methods used do give you a sense of contentment and joy but with this newer method you will see your manifesting powers increasing. The technique explained below will give you an idea of how to meditate amidst a hectic schedule. You will be capable of doing it anytime, anyplace once you master it.

Here is a free lesson to show you how easy it is to meditate if you have a busy schedule. In no time at all you will be able to perfect these methods and use them wherever you are.

Most of you would be familiar with the cross legged posture done during meditation. If you are not comfortable striking this posture you can always try sitting straight or better still lie down in a supine posture. This can be done when you are on the move travelling in a plane or train. For the sitting posture keep your spine erect in line with the neck and tuck in your chin slightly.

There are, however, certain mudras (hand positions) in Cosmic Ordering meditation: place your right hand on your lap, palm facing up and parallel with the floor, and then gently place the knuckles of the left hand in the palm of the right hand and have the thumb tips gently touching. The palm of the right hand gently cups the back of the left hand.

The breathing method during meditation differs from person to person. Some use their nose to inhale and exhale, some use the mouth to exhale and the nose to inhale and there are others who use only the mouth to do both inhalation and exhalation. You can pick any one method you are comfortable with but should adhere to it strictly throughout the meditation process. The belly should move outward while inhaling and inward while exhaling.

Hold your breath while sitting straight up to a count of three done slowly. Then breathe out through the mouth. This breathing method should be done in a relaxed manner allowing the air you take in to go deep inside filling you.

You have to now practice this constantly, being aware of your breathing every time you inhale and exhale. Start counting each inhalation and exhalation up to ten and then go back to one and begin again. You would have done five full breathing cycles while going from one to ten. Once you get the hang of it, you will start enjoying your meditation sessions.
