"Ouch!" Mary cut her finger as she sliced some fruit for her breakfast. It seemed appropriate. Mary just broke up with her boyfriend of four years. She had an argument with her sister the day before about this. A friend had lied to her about something important.

She had an argument with her sister the day before about this. A friend had lied to her about something important. As she peered at her oozing skin breakout she wondered how she could afford to see a doctor. She had been unemployed for four months, without much hope in sight and had no medical insurance. The list of her woes kept getting worse. Mary had been trying to use the Law of Attraction as she understood it to turn her life around. However, the more she visualized success, the more miserable she felt until all she was attracting was more and more disaster. She was really at her wits end. Obviously the Law of Attraction was working for her. It was attracting what she felt. She felt miserable and was attracting more misery. The only way manifesting her desires was possible was if she could shift her feeling? But how could she do this when everything in her life was in an uproar? That morning Mary sat frustrated at her computer continuing to look for work. Suddenly across her desk came an email discussing how to create miracles using the Law of Attraction using a new technique. She decided after lunch when she had more time, she would try it. The first step of the process was to think about her problem and feel it in her body. She thought about all that was worrying her and felt almost nauseous. As well, her chest ached. The next thing the meditation said to do was to personify these feelings as something visual like a dark cloud, an evil monster or a furious storm. She saw her problems as a dark cloud looming over her head. The meditation continued to instruct her to take this dark cloud place it in a box and hand this box up to her higher power. She did this. As Mary completed this step she felt instant relief. All the stress and tension she had been manufacturing within her body was taken from her. It was replaced by an idyllic calm she had not experienced before. There are forces which can heal us at every level almost immediately. Mary had tapped into them. After this Mary asked in a sort of prayer that her relationships and money situation be healed from this same spiritual power that was soothing her. Later that afternoon her sister called to apologize to her. This made her feel so much better. As well, she saw an advertisement for a great job, that she really wanted and was uniquely qualified to claim. The employer called her for an interview within two hours of her application submission. Obviously the Miracle Meditation had worked for her. Something had shifted in her energetic field of attraction.
