There is an important reason to read this Energy Healing 101. Energy healing can benefit anyone who is open to it. Not only can you use it to better yourself directly, you can use it as a launching pad of spiritual development.

The gist that clearing blocked energy in your system allows your mind and body to mend itself pervades all energy healing techniques. Thorns of painful memories, sludgy blocks of old injuries long since given up on. . . releasing them opens you to the Source's assistance and light.

The textbook of energy healing would say that it's when someone uses techniques to mend somebody's energy field. As someone who's been studying energy work for roughly two decades, I assure you that's just scratching the surface of a deep ocean. Energy healing 101 is just the first step.

As energy healing is all roughly putting the body and spirit in a good position to heal themselves, there is little to no risk in its use, as long as you don't neglect to use modern medicine as well. Removing stress from the body is the first step, but a revitalized energy system can bring a cheer and strength that can really carry you forward.

If you pay attention to your spirit and give it the nurturing and exercise it needs, you will find your consciousness expanding and your awareness in the moment far greater than previous.

Let's take a moment and examine at how it all works: At the smallest levels, everything is made out of energy. Our senses tell us that the mouse we're holding is solid, but our sense of touch is based on nerves made out of molecules made out of atoms which are roughly entirely empty space. We trust it only because it's familiar.

However, think about your computer. The CPU chip alone has over half a billion transistors. The processor core is the size of a fingernail. That's just the CPU. And that's really big compared to atoms. And so on and so on. My point is this: There is a lot more going on than our organic senses can tell us.

If you've been exploring energy healing, you may have run into weird words like: chakra, meridian, prana, aura, tonal, resonance, and so on. Like any area of study, energy healing has its own language. This is energy healing 101 so let me clear a few up for you:

*Your energy system circulates by channels, or pathways. These are referred to as meridians.

*When these paths or conduits cross, that's called a chakra. Although most people only talk about the big ones running up and down the body, there are in fact hundreds of them.

*You aren't your body, and in fact your energy expands to roughly 32 feet from where you are sitting or standing. This is your aura, although most people trained in auric sight focus on the area a few inches from the body.

*Tonal is a term used to describe how spiritually aware you are. The more you work with energy and the more you practice energy work (healing included), the higher your tonal gets. That's a bit beyond the scope of energy healing 101, but I thought it important to point out.

*Resonance can best be described as when something just feels perfectly right. When things just click. This is important in energy work, as brute force will prevent success.

I would absolutely recommend Energy Healing to anybody who wants to improve their physical health, emotional wellbeing, or spiritual awareness. Go beyond energy healing 101 by noticing the details. Pick up an energy Energy Healing technique and practice. As you practice and grow in your skill, so will your awareness and consciousness.
