The Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan has said many times that he feels like he is in a prison. He explains that it is not a prison made of steel bars and concrete walls, but rather a prison of "public opinion" and "propaganda". This is a man who has been labeled by mainstream society, and you know who that is, as a racist, anti-Semite, anti-Christian, anti-gay, anti-white and many other anti labels.
The result of such propaganda is many people have rejected the divine guidance and instruction from the minister by distancing themselves from him and his message. I am one of many who has benefited by his ministry and am here to help my brother, leader, teacher and guide get out of his prison by telling the truth of him. His followers and many in general society who see his value have used the honorary title Honorable when addressing Louis Farrakhan. Therefore, we who use such a distinction have a more positive view of this human being, his mission and ministry than the mainstream society, and you know who that is. What does Honorable mean? According to the Merrrian Webster Dictionary online Honorable is defined as, A) Deserving of honor B) Attesting to credible conduct: consistent with untarnished reputation. C) Characterized by integrity: guided by a high sense of honor or duty." Normally such a title is reserved for those who are judges or governmental officials. For example, U.S. Judges are called your honor. He is rightly due such honor by the 55 years of service which he has rendered to the black community, the human family of the earth and the transformative work he has been engaged in. In conclusion, I would like to point out a few of his works that I know of which makes him deserving of the title Honorable. 1) The Biblical book of John 1:1 as found in the New Testament states: "In the beginning was the word and the word became flesh..." The Honorable Louis Farrakhan has consistently delivered the word of God as revealed in modern times throughout America and the world. 2. On February 1975 the Nation of Islam, which represented guidance, hope and inspiration, died as an organization. In 1977 the Minister stood up to begin the work of rebuilding the organization, which had done so much positive in the black community. #3 The Minister called for a million and nearly two million men showed up on October 16th, 1995 for a day of atonement and reconciliation. #4 The Minister has worked since rebuilding the Nation of Islam to tear down artificial barriers between Muslim/Christian brothers and sisters and encourage our unity based on the Oneness of God. 5. He has acted as "Peace Maker" in the world of hip hop helping squash disputes between rappers and showing them the higher purpose for their talent. #6 The Minister is not just a black leader based on the South Side of Chicago, but rather He is a man that has traveled the entire planet earth teaching the divine truth of God, atonement and reconciliation to the whole human family. 7. The Minister produced the Final Call Newspaper, which is a national and international news organ spreading the message of Self Improvement The Basis For Community Development 8) Finally and most important, I consider the Honorable Louis Farrakhan a Noble and Honorable man, because of the effect his ministry and personal example has had on my life. I used to live a low life, but by his word I began to lift myself to a higher level of civilization and I sought the unity of God by building a personal relationship with him. He also taught me to take the message to others, so I am in the community telling others what he can do for them if they will only listen. Thank you for reading these few words.
