Balletone is basically a fitness system which is a combination of dance, yoga and pilates. People who do this exercise are expected to have a perfect body workout. The exercise focuses on the motion of the body and to create awareness about the movement of the body. If your age is between 22 to 26 years, you will be asked to do 40 push ups, 50 sit ups and complete the 2 mile run in 16.36 minutes.

Otherwise call any of the nearby fitness centers, studios or gyms to find out what programs they are currently offering by their personal trainers.
